PERSONAL STATEMENT

One of the greatest strengths of any educator is their ability to learn from their students.  Students can be the greatest resource of information and knowledge as one continues to develop and grow in education.  I have been able to see the success as an educator when one invests in seeing students not only as learners but as teachers who can have great impact on the quality of learning within the classroom.
